How is my portfolio data kept secure and private?
Variatios Topology is completely non-custodial and private. All your asset holdings, transaction history, and buy prices are saved exclusively in your iPhone's local sandbox storage using an encrypted NoSQL database. No portfolio data is ever sent to our servers or third parties.
Why do I occasionally see "Please wait 60 sec"?
Public cryptocurrency market quotes are queried directly from verified market providers (CoinGecko). When high network volume or rapid refreshes happen, public servers request a brief 60-second cooldown. Once 60 seconds pass, simply tap the blue "Retry" button to immediately refresh live market prices.
How does the DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) Model work?
The DCA Simulator calculates compound investment scenario returns based on historical volatility and recurring investment parameters. You can select any of the 500+ supported digital assets, define a monthly allocation ($/month), and set a projection horizon (1 to 60 months) to model hypothetical accumulation and average unit costs.
How many cryptocurrencies can I track?
Variatios Topology tracks all top 500 digital assets ranked by global market capitalization, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and popular DeFi tokens.
Can I export or backup my portfolio?
Since your portfolio resides securely on your device, standard Apple encrypted iCloud and iTunes device backups automatically preserve your data when transferring to a new iPhone or restoring your device.
